My partner and I used Hills when our house caught fire and we had to move all our belongings into storage.
We were highly distraught with 100 things to process and storing our belongings seemed like a long and laborious task we did not have the mental capacity to do.

That being said, we approached Hills as they were local and were blown away by the level of professionalism and courtesy given to us, so understanding of our needs and genuinely seemed to care.
Not once did i feel like i was being pressured in to renting with them, as some companies have done because of our vulnerability.
