What working with me looks like:
Typically retained 2–3 days/month as a leadership team member. I own the people agenda, not just advise on it.

I'm not here to tick boxes or write policies that sit in a drawer gathering dust. I create the frameworks people actually use, help you make better people decisions, protect what you're building, and give you your time back so you can focus on growth.

• Supported workforce doubling from 35 to 78 employees by building the HR infrastructure from the ground up and developed the management layer to sustain scale
