As you know, we we have just returned from New Zealand, Tasmania and Sydney and everything went like clockwork. The time you spent with us clarifying our specific needs really paid off as all of the hotels and B&B’s were outstanding and the activities you booked for us were fantastic and really hit the mark!

Also, many thanks for giving us access to the airport lounge at Heathrow as it was a great way to start the holiday !!!
