I act for clients in formal and informal dispute resolution procedures, including in the courts, adjudication, and alternative dispute resolution. I also provide advice to clients on avoiding potential disputes arising during construction projects.
I have experience in drafting construction contracts including suites of JCT contract amendments and negotiating these with other parties. I also advise clients on all issues arising out of construction contracts.
I have recently completed the RICS Diploma in Adjudication Course.
